Your medication will be delivered by Royal Mail in discreet packaging. Depending on what you order, there are a few delivery options available, so there is no need to wait in for a delivery.
We aim to send your medication so they fit through your letterbox whenever possible. (consent required). If your medication is too large for your letterbox a safe place option is available (unless deemed unfit/unsafe by Royal Mail).
Exceptions to the above: controlled drugs, these will be sent tracked and will require a signature. Fridge items (e.g. Insulin) are sent using temperature controlled packaging between 2°C and 8°C.
Yes, delivery can be made to any UK address. Whether that be a home address, place of work, carer or holiday home. You can choose a safe place if you are not home to accept delivery or if they still can’t deliver, a card will be left so you can arrange re-delivery for free.

- Wherever possible and provided we have your consent we aim to send all parcels so they fit through your letterbox.*
- If the package is too large for letterbox delivery and we are provided with details of a safe place then this will be left in the designated place (unless deemed unfit/unsafe by Royal Mail).
