Care Pharmacy Online make online shopping a hassle-free process. Simply select the products you’d like to order, then choose a delivery method to best suit your needs. All orders are shipped in discreet packaging usually the same day if ordered and paid before 3:00pm.


All packages are delivered in white or brown discreet unbranded packaging without any mention of Care Pharmacy Online. Our fully tracked service lets you check where your medication is at each step of your order. A signature is required only for Special Delivery items.

*Please keep in mind only orders placed and paid before 3:00pm on normal weekdays are dispatched on the same day.* This is to give our pharmacy staff enough time to check over the answers to your issue and pack your medication before it is collected by the Royal Mail at 3:30 pm for delivery.


If your order contains a pharmacy only (P) the time of estimate delivery is from the time the item was approved, not from the time of order. Usually items are approved the same day but this may not be the case in certain circumstances. Your order will be updated with a tracking number when we receive it from Royal Mail.


All medications are dispatched via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notifying you of the order update which will contain your tracking number. If you require any assistance with tracking your order, please feel free to contact us through Email, WhatsApp and Live Chat.


If you have not received your items within the expected delivery time frame, there are a few things you should do:

  1. Firstly, login to your account to see the status of your order.
  2. Use the tracking number we have supplied to find the status of your order on the delivery company website.
  3. If you live or work in a communal building, check to see if your parcel has been delivered to the reception or office.
  4. If you were out when the item was due to be delivered check to see if the delivery driver has left you a card or left the item with a neighbor.

*Please note that orders placed after 3:00pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on Monday.*

Please note that we cannot make a claim for a lost or incorrectly delivered item until 30 working days have elapsed from the postage date. In the rare case a parcel does not arrive in the delivery period expected we will not be able to re-dispatch or refund an order until the 30 day period has passed.
